This 2015 BMW M5 has remained registered in California following the initial sale at BMW of San Francisco, and it was optioned with the Competition and Executive packages. It is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and is finished in Azurite Black Metallic over Platinum leather upholstery. The car has 52k miles and is further equipped with 20? Style 343M alloy wheels, adaptive LED headlights, a surround-view camera, a heated steering wheel, a power-assisted trunk lid, Comfort Access keyless entry, a head-up display, four-zone automatic climate control, soft-close doors, rear sunshades, heated rear seats, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, and heated, ventilated, and active front seats. This F10 M5 was purchased by the owner in 2020 and is now offered on dealer consignment at no reserve by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with the owner’s manual, service records, a Carfax report, and a clean California title.
The M5 features deeper valances and side skirts than the base 5-Series, and this example is finished in Azurite Black Metallic. Equipment includes self-washing adaptive LED headlights, an electric glass sunroof, auto-dimming mirrors, a surround-view camera, Shadowline trim, Park Distance Control parking sensors, a power-operated trunk lid, soft-close doors, and quad exhaust outlets. Damage to the rear is listed in an August 2019 entry of the Carfax report, and the seller states that the rear bumper cover has been repaired. Paint chips are located on the front end.
Black-finished 20? Style 343M alloy wheels are mounted with Michelin tires, and multiple wheels have curb damage. The Competition Package added thicker sway bars, stiffer springs and dampers, a lower ride height, and a recalibrated stability control system. Braking is handled by blue M-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. Replacement tires have been recently fitted, per the seller.
The heated and ventilated active front seats are trimmed in Platinum leather along with a color-coordinated lower dashboard, center console, and door panel inserts. Appointments include wood trim, a head-up display, heated rear seats, rear sunshades, carpeted floor mats, Comfort Access keyless entry and start, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, four-zone automatic climate control, and iDrive with navigation. The driver’s seat is worn.
The heated leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, an M-branded tachometer, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 52k miles, approximately 18k of which were added under current ownership.
The twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter S63 V8 was factory rated at 575 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque in Competition Package specification. Replacement spark plugs were installed in December 2024, the car passed an emissions inspection in August 2025, and work in December 2025 included changing the oil and replacing the drive belt and tensioner.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an Active M differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
